研究领域：
赵峰博士是物联网和无线传感网络领域的奠基者之一。担任过国际计算机学会《ACM 传感器网络汇刊》创刊总编辑，多个国际一流 IEEE 和 ACM 学术会议的主席或学术委员会主席。2004 年撰写了物联网领域代表性专著《Wireless Sensor Networks: an information processing approach》，被多所美国大学选为教科书。发表了100 余篇学术论著，拥有30 余项美国已颁发专利，对物联网基础研究和核心技术发展做出了根本性贡献(成果: IDSQ 算法、SenseWeb系统、高能效计算等)，对物联网大规模产业应用产生了重大影响(成果：海尔智慧家庭 U 平台、国际CES和IFA消费电子展产品创新奖等)。
