Dr. Yang Liu is the Vice Dean of AIR, and a professor of the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Tsinghua University. He is the laureate of National Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. He serves as the Deputy Secretary-General of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, and the Standing Deputy Director of the Technical Committee on Computational Linguistics, Chinese Information Processing Society of China. His research fields are artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and smart healthcare. He is the recipient of National Science and Technology Progress Award second prize, four ministerial and provincial technological awards, 2 awards for best papers on major international conferences. He previously worked as the Director of Institute for Artificial Intelligence, Tsinghua University, Member and Secretary General of Asia-Pacific Chapter of ACL Executive Committee, Editorial Board Member of Computational Linguistics, and the Director of Chinese Information Processing Society of China, Youth Working Committee.
Responsibilities:
Cooperate with leading companies in the industry to apply AI, deep learning and other cutting-edge technologies to smart medicine; carry out innovative research, tackle technological bottlenecks, and deliver quality research output.
Qualifications and requirements:
1.Candidates should hold a doctoral degree in computer science, electronic information or other related majors for no more than three years, and be under 35 years old.
2.Candidates should be skilled at deep learning models and algorithms, and have experience in developing large-scale pre-training models.
3.Candidates should be passionate about doing scientific research, show extraordinary abilities in raising questions and solving problems, and have had research achievements.
4.Candidates should be committed to work, have good team coordination skills, and acknowledge Tsinghua cultural values.
