Dr. WANG Yan is looking forward to working with the top scientists at AIR, and hopes to produce influential and original technical results here.On the one hand, he hopes to explore AI-based data compression algorithms in conjunction with several major research directions of AIR and promote the development of relevant international standards; on the other hand, he will also focus on breaking through the technical red line of industrial implementation of AI data compression and realize the industrialization of AI data compression.
He said, "Generating influential and original technical achievements can really promote technological progress and realize industrial landing of core technologies to create real value."
Dr. LI Yuanchun believed that AIR, as a young research institute, has a very unique development model. He hopes to keep challenging himself to accomplish first-class research work and grow with AIR to become a leading and distinctive research institute in China and even in the world.
"I hope to explore more reliable and efficient AI algorithms and systems for important problems such as carbon neutrality, and to contribute to solving these critical problems,” Said Dr. LI.
