Dr. Jirui Yuan received her PhD degree from University of Tampere, and she has been invited 3 times to TEDx to give technical talks on AI. Dr. Yuan is now in charge of AIR’s industrial cooperation and projects in Transportation Area, as well as Innovation Center. She is also an expert of the Ministry of industry and information technology, and the Emergency Management Department of Hebei Province. Before joining AIR, she was a member of Science and Technology Committee in China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation. She led a number of national and provincial projects, including major projects of Ministry of science and technology 2030, projects of the science and Innovation Projects of Qinghai and Hebei Province.
